An Executive Forum “The Impact of IT in Growing Enterprises” was organized by Tele Dynamics and Epicor in One World Hotel.

Representatives from 17 corporate companies attended Teledynamics Forum

The forum opened with a presentation by Mr. Takashi Watanabe, CEO of Tele Dynamics Group. He presented an overview on Tele Dynamics business and stated that the partnership with Epicor has drives our continued commitment to excellence.

Also, Mr. Jim Bork, Senior VP of Global Operations from Epicor Software presented Epicor strong commitment to the global marketplace. Mr. Bryan Tan, VP of Sales, Asia of Epicor revealed the solutions for cost-effective end-to-end processes and its ability to meet the needs of progressive make-to-order and mixed-mode for manufacturing companies. The forum ended with an interactive Q & A session.

Moreover, a token of appreciation has been exchanged between Mr. Watanabe and Mr. Jim Bork for Epicor’s strong support and mark the first year successful business partnership.

Toshiba Laptops & PDA Phone

Toshiba’s Computer Systems Division (CSD), a division of Toshiba Singapore Pte Ltd, recently announced its news range of Satellite notebooks that many cutting edge industrial design with sophisticated entertainment features that let design conscious consumers ‘Do More in Style’.

Designed to stand out from the crowd, the new Satellite M300 and A300 come with a new breathtaking Toshiba Fusion Finish, a super-high gloss exterior that’s achieved with a special manufacturing process that involves fusing molten resin into the mold. This produces a breathtaking metallic effect with high precision positional accuracy.

Distinctive design elements in this notebook series include a high gloss, tactile keyboard, feather-touch multimedia buttons, flushed touch pad with chrome mouse buttons and a white LED lighted Satellite logo. The M300 and A300 notebooks also feature new SmartFace, REGZA-Link and an FM Tuner.

SmartFace allows you to log on to the notebook just by using your face, REGZA-Link enables connectivity between the notebook and any HDM-CEC equipped television via HDMI and allows control from a single remote, and the FM Tuner let’s you to listen to the radio while you work.

Toshiba also launched thir new, ultraportable M800, a stylish little number weighing less than 2kg. The new Portege M800 comes with the new breathtaking Toshiba Fusion Finish, a super-high gloss exterior that’s achieved with a special manufacturing process that involves fusing molten resin into the mold it also comes with new technologies such as SmartFace, REGZA-Link and an FM Tuner.

These is also a business-oriented model which comes in a standard Aluminum Silver and is pre-loaded with Windows Vista Business as compared to the Windows Home Basic on the regular model.

For the entry-level market, two notebooks are offered as well, the Satellite L310 and L300 makes for remarkably value-priced notebook platforms. Ready to supply solid performance for all basic computing needs, the Satellite L310 and L300 are built with reliability that Toshiba has come to be known for.

These notebook PCs also come with all the features that consumers will need, such as a high brightness, high resolution Clear SuperView TFT display, DVD SuperMulti Double Layer Drive, 5-in1 Card Reader, built-in webcam, USB Sleep and Charge ports, Bluetooth v2.1 with Enhanced Data Rate (EDR), Wireless LAN (802.11b/g) and 10/100 Ethernet LAN.

Selected models also include SmartFace technology, allowing multiple users and logons to the Windows operating system without requiring users to remember and type a single password – great for families who may share one notebook.

Toshiba has successfully launched another new product of the PDA Phone – Portege G910, which compromise on the functionality of Work, Play, Connect and Communicate.

Opening the stylish clamshell design reveals the look, feel and functionality of a mini-laptop. You will have a powerful smart mobile device in your hand with a full Qwerty keyboard, a 3” Wide-VGA touch screen, fingerprint security and GPS navigation capability.

With the range of mobile applications and ways to communicate supported by the Portégé G910, you can now access emails and the web, check your calendar and work on documents, presentations and Spreadsheets by using Windows Mobile® 6 Professional, Microsoft® Office Mobile applications include Outlook®, with viewing and editing support for Word and Excel® as well as viewing support for PowerPoint® and PDF documents.

Weighing at 183gram, Portege G910 unique features and applications includes a MP3 player, Windows Media® Player Mobile, and a 2 Mega Pixel camera for photos and video clips. Furthermore, reassuringly, the biometric fingerprint authentication keeps your files and information extra safe on the Portégé G910.
