Customer Service Executive
Responsibilities:
- To provide support to the Sales and Technical Service teams.
- To handle customer enquiries.
- To process relevant reports.
- To manage general administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Must have a good command of spoken and written English. Those who are able to speak Mandarin are encouraged to apply.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Full-Time and Contract (3 Months) positions available.
- FRESH GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
