Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:

  • To provide support to the Sales and Technical Service teams.
  • To handle customer enquiries.
  • To process relevant reports.
  • To manage general administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Must have a good command of spoken and written English. Those who are able to speak Mandarin are encouraged to apply.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time and Contract (3 Months) positions available.
  • FRESH GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
